Our signature Red Gravy tomato-basil sauce is made in the traditional way -- in small batches at the peak of ripeness -- using homegrown tomatoes handpicked from our three-acre organic tomato garden and organic basil harvested from one of our 4,000+ basil plants. It's rich with extra virgin olive oil & Marsala wine.
Our newest sauce, "alla Norma," is based on a Sicilian pasta dish made with roasted eggplant and ricotta salata cheese. We use our home grown tomatoes, basil and eggplant while our friend Luca Mignogna of Wolf Meadow Farms provides the cheese made with fresh, local milk!
Golden Gravy Butternut Squash & Parmigiano Sauce pairs with any roasted meat or Spaghetti squash as well as many of our ravioli including Toasted Cauliflower with Golden Raisins. It also contains our own roasted fennel, carrot, onion and a bit of Marsala wine
